Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi keefektifan penerapan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) dalam proses rekrutmen karyawan di PT Indofood Food Seasoning. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif, di mana data yang diperolah bersumber dari wawancara semi-terstruktur dengan Manajer HRD perusahaan. Data hasil wawancara kemudian dianalisis secara tematik untuk menentukan pola utama, kendala, serta strategi yang diterapkan dalan pelaksanaan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) rekrutmen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) rekrutmen telah berjalan sesuai prosedur, meskipun terdapat kendala seperti kesulitan penjadwalan wawancara dengan user yang sibuk dan rendahnya kesiapan pelamar. Upaya peningkatan komunikasi dengan user dan edukasi kepada pelamar telah dilakukan untuk mengatasi kendala tersebut. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan evaluasi dan penyempurnaan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) secara berkelanjutan serta melibatkan lebih banyak narasumber pada penelitian selanjutnya agar hasilnya lebih representatif.
This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) in the employee recruitment process at PT Indofood Food Seasoning. This research method uses case studies with a qualitative approach, where the data obtained is sourced from semi-structured interviews with the company's HR Manager. The interview data is then analyzed thematically to determine the main patterns, obstacles, and strategies applied in the implementation of recruitment SOPs. The results of the study show that the implementation of recruitment SOPs has run according to procedures, despite obstacles such as difficulties in scheduling interviews with busy users and low readiness of applicants. Efforts to improve communication with users and education to applicants have been made to overcome these obstacles. This study recommends evaluating and improving SOPs in an ongoing manner and involving more resource persons in future research so that the results are more representative.
