This study aims to analyze the implementation of good governance principles in the BPJS Kesehatan (National Health Insurance) services at Sari Asih Cipondoh Hospital, Tangerang. The principles examined include accountability, transparency, openness, and compliance with legal regulations. This research employs a qualitative-descriptive method, collecting data through observation, interviews, and literature review. The results indicate that Sari Asih Cipondoh Hospital has made efforts to implement good governance principles, but several challenges remain, such as insufficient socialization to BPJS participants regarding their rights and obligations, and administrative procedures that are sometimes inefficient, especially in the Emergency Room (ER) services. Furthermore, public understanding of BPJS Health regulations and sanctions still needs to be improved through more intensive education. In general, the implementation of good governance at this hospital is running well, but continuous improvements are needed to ensure BPJS Health services become more optimal, fair, and transparent.
