ALUR PENGADAAN JASA DAN IMPLEMENTASI E-PROCUREMENT DALAM PROSES PENGADAAN DI PT SURABAYA INDUSTRIAL ESTATE RUNGKUT (SIER)

Abstrak

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk memaparkan alur pengadaan jasa dan implementasi e-procurement dalam proses pengadaan di PT Surabaya Industrial Estate Rungkut (SIER). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, sehingga akan memaparkan hasil berdasarkan hasil observasi yang dilakukan penulis selama magang, serta mengumpulkan data berdasarkan literature review. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa proses pengadaan di PT SIER berjalan dengan baik. Pengimplementasian e-procurement juga mempermudah dalam proses pengadaan sehingga dapat meningkatkan efisiensi, transparansi, dan akuntabilitas perusahaan.

The purpose of this study is to describe the flow of service procurement and implementation of e-procurement in the procurement process at PT Surabaya Industrial Estate Rungkut (SIER). The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach, so that it will present the results based on the results of observations made by the author during the internship, as well as collecting data based on literature review. The results of the study indicate that the procurement process at PT SIER is running well. The implementation of e-procurement also simplifies the procurement process so that it can increase the efficiency, transparency, and accountability of the company.
