Penelitian tentang pengaruh kompensasi finansial, dukungan sosial, dan efektivitas tim terhadap kinerja karyawan yang diungkap melalui penelitian kuantitatif tampaknya penting dilakukan mengingat metode kuantitatif mampu mengungkap secara detail terkait data penting seputar kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi finansial, dukungan sosial, dan efektivitas tim pada kinerja karyawan di BBWS Cimanuk Cisanggarung Kota Cirebon. Responden pada penelitian ini adalah 40 karyawan BBWS Cimanuk Cisanggarung di Kota Cirebon, dan data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa kompensasi finansial, dukungan sosial, dan efektivitas tim memiliki pengaruh pada kinerja karyawan.
This quantitative study examines the effects of financial compensation, social support, and team effectiveness on employee performance at the Cimanuk Cisanggarung Watershed Management Office BBWS in Cirebon City. A total of 40 BBWS employees participated as respondents, and data were collected via structured questionnaires. Descriptive and inferential statistical analyses were conducted to assess the relationships between the independent variables financial compensation, social support, and team effectiveness and the dependent variable employee performance. The findings indicate that financial compensation, social support, and team effectiveness each exert a significant positive influence on employee performance. These results underscore the importance of competitive remuneration packages, a supportive social environment, and cohesive, well functioning teams in enhancing organizational outcomes. The study contributes to the literature by providing empirical evidence from a public-sector context and offers practical recommendations for human resource managers aiming to optimize employee performance through targeted interventions.
