TINJAUAN EKONOMI SYARIAH PADA JUAL BELI ONLINE MELALUI JASA TITIP PADA INSTAGRAM

Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis praktik jual beli online melalui platform Instagram dengan fokus pada layanan titip (jasa titip) dalam perspektif ekonomi syariah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi literatur dan observasi langsung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa praktik jual beli online melalui jasa titip memiliki potensi untuk memenuhi prinsip-prinsip syariah jika dilakukan dengan transparansi, kejujuran, dan kepatuhan terhadap akad-akad yang sah menurut syariah. Namun, terdapat beberapa tantangan dan risiko yang perlu diatasi untuk memastikan kepatuhan penuh terhadap prinsip-prinsip tersebut.

This research aims to analyze online buying and selling practices via the Instagram platform with a focus on entrustment services (entrustment services) from a sharia economic perspective. This research uses a qualitative approach with literature study methods and direct observation. The research results show that the practice of online buying and selling through entrustment services has the potential to fulfill sharia principles if it is carried out with transparency, honesty and compliance with valid contracts according to sharia. However, there are several challenges and risks that need to be addressed to ensure full compliance with these principles.
