PERANCANGAN PROSEDUR PENDISTRIBUSIAN BAHAN PUSTAKA KARYA REKAM PADA DINAS PERPUSTAKAAN DAN KEARSIPAN DAERAH PROVINSI JAWA BARAT

Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Daerah Provinsi Jawa Barat adalah instansi pemerintah provinsi yang dipimpin oleh ketua menteri, bertanggungjawab kepada Gubernur melalui sekretaris Daerah Provinsi khusus dibidang pengolahan, layanan, pelestarian dan pengembangan bahan perpustakaan dan kearsipan, dimana bahan pustaka karya rekam yang ada pada Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan daerah provinsi jawa barat belum dilayankan kepada masyarakat. Setelah diteliti bahan pustaka karya rekam ini tidak terkontrol, diduga pihak pustakawan belum mengetahui prosedur pendistribusian ketempat pelayanannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempermudah jalannya pendistribusian bahan pustaka karya rekam agar penyimpanan karya rekam terkontrol dengan baik sehingga bahan pustaka karya rekam ini dapat dilayankan dengan efektif dan efesien kepada masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik obeservasi dan melakukan wawancara kepada satu orang pustakawan terampil Dinas perpustakaan dan kearsipan daerah provinsi jawa barat serta pangambilan dokumentasi data profil Dinas dan tim pengelolaan bahan pustaka Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Daerah Provinsi Jawa Barat. Data tersebut dianalisis dan diolah sehingga hasil dari penelitian ini adalah usulan SOP pendistribusian bahan pustaka karya rekam sebagai acuan atau pedoman sistem pendistribusian bahan pustaka karya rekam pada Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Daerah Provinsi Jawa Barat.
The Regional Library and Archives Service of West Java Province is a provincial government institution led by a head who is under and responsible to the Governor through the Provincial Regional Secretary specifically in the field of processing, services, preservation and development of library and archival materials, where the library materials are recorded works in The West Java Province Regional Library and Archives Service has not yet provided services to the public. After examining the library materials, this recorded work was not controlled, it was suspected that the librarians did not know the distribution procedures to their service locations. This research aims to facilitate the distribution of recorded work library materials so that the storage of recorded works is well controlled so that the recorded work library materials can be served effectively and efficiently to the public. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with observation techniques and conducting interviews with one skilled librarian at the Regional Library and Archives Service of West Java Province as well as taking documentation of the profile data of the Department and the library materials management team of the Regional Library and Archives Service of West Java Province. The data is analyzed and processed so that the result of this research is a proposed SOP for the distribution of recorded work library materials as a reference or guideline for the distribution system for recorded work library materials at the Regional Library and Archives Service of West Java Province.
