Needs Analysis in Developing a Project Based Learning Model Based on Local Wisdom "Jaburan" to Strengthen the Character of Mutual Cooperation in Junior High Schools in Tegal Regency. This study aims to explore the needs analysis for a project based learning model based on local wisdom "Jaburan" to strengthen the character of mutual cooperation in Junior High Schools in Tegal Regency. This study uses a descriptive research method with qualitative and quantitative approaches. The research subjects consisted of 32 grade XI students and 10 teachers of Junior High Schools in Cluster I of Tegal Regency. The research procedure includes data collection stages through interviews with teachers, distributing questionnaires to measure the level of need for a project based learning model based on local wisdom. The instruments used in this study include questionnaires, interviews and observations. The findings of this study indicate that students and teachers need a learning approach that not only delivers theoretical material, but also provides practical experiences relevant to everyday life to strengthen the character of mutual cooperation. Participants need activities that are interactive, interesting, and involve them directly, such as group work-based projects in the project based learning model based on local wisdom "Jaburan". Penelitian ini bertujuan mengekplorasi analisis kebutuhan akan adanya model pembelajaran project based learning berbasis kearifan lokal “Jaburan” untuk penguatan karakter gotong royong di SMP Negeri Kabupaten Tegal. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 32 siswa kelas XI dan 10 guru SMPN di Gugus I Kabupaten Tegal. Prosedur penelitian meliputi tahap pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dengan guru, penyebaran angket untuk mengukur tingkat kebutuhan akan model pembelajaran project based learning berbasis kearifan lokal. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi angket, wawancara dan observasi. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan peserta didik dan guru membutuhkan pendekatan pembelajaran yang tidak hanya menyampaikan materi secara teoretis, tetapi juga memberikan pengalaman praktis yang relevan dengan kehidupan sehari-hari untuk penguatan karakter gotong-royong. Peserta memerlukan kegiatan yang interaktif, menarik, dan melibatkan mereka secara langsung, seperti projek berbasis kerja kelompok dalam model pembelajaran project based learning berbasis kearifan lokal “Jaburan”.Unduhan
