Abstrak

This research aims to determine the influence of work experience, education and training and work performance on career development. This research method uses quantitative. The sample in this study were employees who worked at PT. Nampar Nos Ruteng, East Nusa Tenggara, totaling 75 employees. The data source for this research is primary data. Test data quality using Validity Test, Reliability Test, and Classical Assumption Test. The data analysis technique in this research uses Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, t Statistical Test, F Statistical Test. The results of this research show that work experience and work performance partially or simultaneously have a significant effect on employee career development, while education and training only have a simultaneous effect. towards employee career development, with a calculated F value of 0.000 less than 0.05.
