Abstrak

A school operator is a person whose job is to maintain, service and operate equipment, machines, telephones, radios and so on. The school operator's job is to process student data to be entered into the application, enter data according to the data filled in in the data collection form, and send the data to the server via the Dapodik application (Kemdikbud, 2015:4). Therefore, school operators must have high work motivation in implementing it, so that Dapodik reporting can run smoothly and in accordance with existing real data. The aim of this research is to determine the magnitude of the role of school operators' work motivation, school operators' competence, and the leadership of the principal on the performance of elementary school operators at MTsP Asasul Huda Majalengka. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method. The research subjects were school operators. Data was obtained by direct observation at the location through interviews and documentation. All data was analyzed using a descriptive analysis approach. The research results show: (1) Overall, the realization of the performance of the Asasul Huda MTsP school operator can run well. (2) Problems faced by school operators include low human resources, excessive workload, technical obstacles, especially internet connections that are not always stable, as well as changes in education policies.
