PERANCANGAN APLIKASI SISTEM INFORMASI BAHAN BAKU PRODUKSI BERBASIS WEB DENGAN METODE AGILE PADA PT. JASUINDO TIGA PERKASA, TBK UNIT PERSONALISASI WARKAT – JAKARTA

Abstrak

Personalisasi merupakan suatu proses produksi dari mencetak hingga mempacking warkat suatu Bank. Pada unit ini dalam hal informasi bahan baku masih menggunakan Microsoft Office (Spreadsheet) dimana hal tersebut kurang efektif dan efisien untuk bagian Administrasi karena harus melakukan pendataan ulang secara manual disetiap akhir bulan dengan menghitung sisa stok dan melakukan pemesanan bahan baku untuk produksi selanjutnya dimana file tersebut hanya bisa di akses di PC admin saja. Hingga saat ini belum tersedia sistem informasi berbasis Web untuk mempermudah administrasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat sistem informasi berbasis Web agar administrasi menjadi lebih baik. Rancangan sistem informasi yang dibuat menggunakan metode Agile dan pemodelan analisis terstruktur, sistem ini dibuat menggunakan bahasa pemrograman yang umum digunakan dalam pembuatan website yaitu bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL. Hasil penelitian ini adalah sistem website dapat memberikan kemudahan untuk admin dalam menerima informasi secara interaktif dan efektif sehingga nantinya akan bisa mempermudah proses administrasi dalam produksi di Unit Personalisasi Warkat PT. Jasuindo Tiga Perkasa, Tbk - Jakarta.

Personalization is a production process from printing to packing bank notes. In this unit, in terms of information on raw materials, they still use Microsoft Office (Spreadsheet) which is less effective and efficient for the Administration section because they have to manually re-collect data at the end of each month by calculating the remaining stock and ordering raw materials for further production where the file is can only be accessed on the PC admin only. Until now there is no Web-based information system available to facilitate administration. The purpose of this research is to create a Web-based information system for better administration. The design of an information system created using the Agile method and structured analysis modeling, this system is created using the programming language commonly used in making websites, namely the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The results of this study are that the website system can provide convenience for the admin in receiving information interactively and effectively so that later it will be able to simplify the administrative process in production at the PT.
