Situasi ini mengharuskan organisasi beralih dari manajemen risiko yang reaktif ke pendekatan yang lebih proaktif, terpadu, dan berfokus pada ketahanan siber. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk merancang kerangka kerja manajemen risiko (MR) yang komprehensif melalui integrasi studi dari berbagai disiplin ilmu. Analisis ini menekankan pentingnya sinergi antara Hukum (untuk kepatuhan dan pengelolaan risiko kontraktual), Teknik Industri (untuk metode analisis, prinsip efisiensi, dan lean), serta Teknologi Informasi (TI) (untuk aspek keamanan dan standar sistematis). Kerangka kerja ini sangat penting untuk mengurangi ancaman cyber-physical di era Industri 4. 0, risiko dalam rantai pasok digital, serta pelanggaran kebijakan. Keberhasilan dalam penerapan sangat dipengaruhi oleh faktor manusia, terutama Kepemimpinan Adaptif dan kultur yang mendukung Learning Agility serta Psychological Safety. Kerangka yang diusulkan menggabungkan model tata kelola (GCG) dan standar teknis (ISO 31000, COBIT, NIST) untuk memastikan transparansi finansial, ketahanan siber fisik, serta kemampuan organisasi untuk beradaptasi.</p> <p><em>Digital Digital transformation (DT) has increased risks with rapidly increasing complexity in the era of Industry 4.0. This situation requires organizations to shift from reactive risk management to a more proactive, integrated, and cyber-resilient approach. This article aims to design a comprehensive risk management (RM) framework through the integration of studies from various disciplines. This analysis emphasizes the importance of synergy between Law (for compliance and contractual risk management), Industrial Engineering (for analysis methods, efficiency principles, and lean), and Information Technology (IT) (for security aspects and systematic standards). Pengembangan sistem dilakukan menggunakan Bahasa Pemrograman PHP dengan basis data MySqL.Arsitektur sistem dibangun berbasis web agar dapat diakses secara fleksibel melalui jaringan internet. Metode pengembangan yang digunakan adalah metode waterfall, sehingga kebutuhan pengguna dapat ditampung dan disesuaikan secara literatif hingga sistem sesuai dengan harapan. Pengujian sistem dilakukan dengan dua pendekatan. Yaitu pengujian Black Box untuk memastikan setiap fungsi berujalan dengan baik sesuai rancangan. Serta user Acceptance testing (UAT) untuk menilai tingkat kepuasan dan penerimaan pengguna terhadap sistem menggunakan skala likert.</p> <p><em>This system is designed to assist schools, supervising teachers, and students in managing PKL data, starting from registration, monitoring, to reporting the results of PKL activities. The system development is carried out using the PHP programming language with a MySQL database. The system architecture is built on a web basis so that it can be accessed flexibly through the internet network. The development method used is the waterfall method, so that user needs can be accommodated and adjusted literately until the system meets expectations. System testing is carried out with two approaches. Namely Black Box testing to ensure each function runs well according to the design. Melalui kebijakan Merdeka Belajar, Kemendikbudristek di bawah kepemimpinan Nadiem Makarim menjalankan program digitalisasi sekolah dengan pengadaan Chromebook, terutama untuk mendukung pendidikan di daerah 3T. Program ini dinilai sebagai langkah inovatif menuju pemerataan akses dan peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran berbasis teknologi. Namun, pelaksanaannya tidak lepas dari persoalan serius. Dugaan korupsi dalam pengadaan Chromebook yang diungkap oleh KPK mencoreng citra kebijakan digitalisasi pendidikan. Kasus tersebut melibatkan pejabat Kemendikbudristek dan pihak swasta dalam praktik manipulasi harga dan kolusi tender, meskipun sistem e-procurement telah diterapkan untuk menjamin transparansi. Pemanggilan Menteri Nadiem Makarim sebagai saksi memperkuat sorotan publik terhadap tanggung jawab moral, integritas, dan akuntabilitas lembaga dalam menjalankan kebijakan pendidikan nasional. Secara keseluruhan, kasus ini menggambarkan bahwa keberhasilan transformasi digital pendidikan tidak hanya ditentukan oleh ketersediaan teknologi, tetapi juga oleh tata kelola pemerintahan yang bersih, sistem pengawasan yang kuat, dan komitmen etis dari seluruh pemangku kepentingan. Penguatan integritas dan transparansi menjadi kunci agar kebijakan digitalisasi pendidikan benar-benar membawa manfaat bagi peserta didik dan satuan pendidikan di seluruh Indonesia.</p> <p><em>The digital transformation in the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution demands that Indonesia’s education system adapt to technology-based learning. Through the Merdeka Belajar (Freedom to Learn) policy, the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology (Kemendikbudristek), under the leadership of Nadiem Makarim, has implemented a school digitalization program by procuring Chromebooks, particularly to support education in underdeveloped, frontier, and outermost regions (3T areas). This program is considered an innovative step toward equal access and improved quality of technology-based learning. However, its implementation has not been free from serious issues. Allegations of corruption in the Chromebook procurement process, revealed by Indonesia’s Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK), have tarnished the image of the education digitalization policy. The case allegedly involves ministry officials and private parties in price manipulation and tender collusion, even though the procurement process was conducted through an e-procurement system intended to ensure transparency. The summoning of Minister Nadiem Makarim as a witness intensified public scrutiny regarding the moral responsibility, integrity, and accountability of the institution in implementing national education policies. Overall, this case illustrates that the success of digital transformation in education is not solely determined by technological availability but also by clean governance, strong oversight systems, and ethical commitment from all stakeholders. As chatbots evolve to perform not only informational functions but also emotional companionship, understanding how users perceive and experience these systems becomes essential. The objective of this research is to analyze Replika AI through five key domains: User Interface (UI), User Experience (UX), Humanization, Chatbot Technology, and Cognitive and Psychological Aspects, in order to understand how these dimensions shape user engagement, perception, and emotional connection. Using a grounded theory approach, literature was systematically collected through Google Scholar with a focus on studies published between 2020 and 2025 that explicitly applied grounded theory. Data were analyzed through constant comparative techniques, selective coding, and theoretical sampling to build an integrated evaluation model. The results reveal that recent research predominantly emphasizes the Chatbot and Humanization domains, highlighting growing interest in conversational quality, empathy simulation, and emotional bonding, while UX and cognitive-psychological aspects also show strong representation, particularly in relation to trust, satisfaction, engagement, and emotional regulation. Conversely, the UI domain remains underexplored despite its foundational role in shaping clarity, navigation, and first impressions. The findings conclude that effective user experience in AI chatbots emerges from the interplay of technical design, interaction quality, human-like attributes, and psychological dynamics.
