TINGKAT PENGETAHUAN ANGGOTA TENTANG AKTIVITAS KOPERASI DAN PENGARUHNYA TERHADAP LOYALITAS ANGGOTA

Studi Kasus :Koperasi Pegawai Negeri (KPN) Banuhampu Sungai Puar

Abstrak

Koperasi Pegawai Negeri ( KPN) Banuhampu Sungai Puar sebagai salah satu koperasi yang beranggotakan Pegawai Negeri Sipil memiliki tantangan dalam meningkatkan loyalitas anggotanya. Dimana masih terdapat anggota yang kurang memahami manfaat serta aktifitas koperasi secara menyeluruh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh tingkat pengetahuan anggota tentang koperasi terhadap loyalitas anggota pada Koperasi Pegawai Negeri (KPN) Banuhampu Sungai Puar. Adapun jenis data yang di peroleh adalah data sekunder yang dapat dilihat dari data keanggotaan dan keuangan tahunan dari Koperasi Pegawai Negeri (KPN) Banuhampu Sungai Puar. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan memperoleh hasil dengan menggunakan teknik analisis data Uji Instrumen Penelitian berupa Uji Validati dan dan Reabilitas, Uji Asumsi Klasik diantaranya Uji Normalitas, Uji Heteroskedastisitas serta Uji Autokorelasi, Analisis Regresi Linear Sederhana, Koefisien Determinasi (R2) dan Uji Hipotesis berupa Uji T dan Uji F. untuk mengolah data dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan program SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian ini dapat di lihat dari analisis regresi linear sederhana yaitu Y=17,790+2,532X menunjukan nilai loyalitas anggota ketika variabel tingkat pengetahuan tentang aktivitas koperasi di anggap tetap. Nilai konstanta (a) sebesar 17,790 yang bernilai positif mengidentifikasi bahwa variabel X memiliki pengaruh terhadap variabel Y. Nilai R2 sebesar 0,726 atau 72,6% dapat di artikan variabel tingkat pengetahuan tentang aktivitas koperasi mempengaruhi sebesar 72,6% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 27,4% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain. Berdasarkan Uji T menunjukan bahwa nilai thitung > ttabel yaitu (14,269 > 1,991) yang artinya terdapat pengaruh antara variabel dependent (Y) dan variabel independent (X).

The Banuhampu Sungai Puar Civil Servant Cooperative (KPN) as a cooperative whose members are civil servants faces chalenges in increasing member loyalty. There are stil members who do not fuly understand the benefits and activities of the cooperative. This study aims to determine the effect of members' knowledge about cooperatives on member loyalty to the Banuhampu Sungai Puar Civil Servant Cooperative (KPN). The type of data obtained is secondary data, which can be sen from the membership and annual financial data of the Banuhampu Sungai Puar Civil Servant Cooperative (KPN). This research uses a quantitative method and obtains results using data analysis techniques, namely Research Instrument Tests in the form of Validity and Reliability Tests, Classical Assumption Tests including Normality Tests, Heteroscedasticity Tests, and Autocorrelation Tests, Simple Linear Regression Analysis, Coefficient of Determination (R2), and Hypothesis Testing in the form of T-Test and F-Test. The data in this study was processed using the SPSS version 26 program. The results of this study can be sen from the simple linear regression analysis, namely Y=17.790+2.532X, which shows the loyalty value of members when the variable of knowledge level about cooperative activities is considered constant. The constant value (a) of 17.790, which is positive, identifies that variable X has an effect on variable Y. The R2 value of 0.726 or 72.6% can be interpreted as the level of knowledge about cooperative activities influencing 72.6%, while the remaining 27.4% is influenced by other variables. Based on the T-test, the t-count value is greater than the t-table value, namely (14.269 > 1.991) which means that there is an influence betwen the dependent variable (Y) and the independent variable (X).
