PENGEMBANGAN WEBSITE SAULINA RESORT BERBASIS USER INTERFACE DAN USER EXPERIENCE (UI/UX) UNTUK MEMBERIKAN NILAI POSITIF TERHADAP CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

Abstrak

Tetty Rani Naibaho, NIM: 7202550001. “Pengembangan Website Saulina Resort Berbasis User Interface Dan User Experience (UI/UX) Untuk Memberikan Nilai Positif Terhadap Customer Experience”.  Jurusan Majemen  Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Medan 2024. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengembangkan website Saulina Resort guna untuk memberikan nilai positif terhadap Customer Experience. Nilai positif diukur berdasarkan hasil kuesinoer yang disebarkan ke 50 responden. Dan dinilai oleh ahli desain yang berpengalaman. Pengukuran dilakukan menggunakan System Usability Scale (SUS). Pengukuran menggunakan System Usability Scale ini memiliki ketentuan yang mana  jika nilai 50-70 “dapat diterima secara marginal” yang mencakup nilai D dan C, dan Jika nilai tersebut dibawah 50 dan bernilai F maka tampilan UI//UX tidak dapat diterima. Hasil pengujian dari respondentersebut mendapatkan hasil 85,8  dan dari hasil rata-rata dari ahli desain mendapatkan 85. didalam aturan dan ketentuan System Usability Scale skor tersebut dikatakan excelient atau layak diterima user. Sehingga dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa desain UI/UX website tersebut memberikan nilai positif terhadap customer experience.

This research was conducted to develop the Saulina Resort website in order to provide positive value to the Customer Experience. The positive value is measured based on the results of a questionnaire distributed to 50 respondents. And assessed by experienced design experts. Measurements were carried out using the System Usability Scale (SUS). Measurements using the System Usability Scale have provisions where if the value is 50-70 "marginally acceptable" which includes values D and C, and if the value is below 50 and has a value of F then the UI/UX display is unacceptable. The test results from the respondents got a result of 85.8 and the average result from the design experts got 85. In the rules and regulations of the System Usability Scale, this score is said to be excellent or worthy of being accepted by the user. So it can be concluded that the UI/UX design of the website provides positive value to the customer experience.
