Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui serta melakukan analisis pengaruh Transformational Leadership, Kepribadian Proaktif, dan Work Environment terhadap Innovative Work Behavior Perusahaan Digital Marketing X Di Yogyakarta. Teknik sampling jenuh merupakan metode pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini. Banyaknya populasi adalah 100 karyawan dan diiambil sampel sebanyak 100 karyawan. Metode analisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda, uji asumsi klasik, serta pengujian hipotesis. Hasil dari penelitian didapatkan bahwa Transformational Leadership, Kepribadian Proaktif, dan Work Environment berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Innovative Work Behavior.
This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of Transformational Leadership, Proactive Personality, and Work Environment on the Innovative Work Behavior of Digital Marketing Company X in Yogyakarta. Saturated sampling technique is the sampling method in this research. The population is 100 employees and a sample of 100 employees was taken. The analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption testing, and hypothesis testing. The results of the research showed that Transformational Leadership, Proactive Personality, and Work Environment had a positive and significant effect on Innovative Work Behavior.
