The success of this program is inseparable from the contribution of the production team who work behind the scenes in the pre-production, production, and post-production processes. This seminar paper aims to determine the role of the production team in creating the Navy News program, analyze the challenges faced during the production process, and evaluate the production team's strategies in maintaining the quality and credibility of the news. Data were obtained through direct observation, interviews with members of the production team, and literature studies. The results show that inter-divisional coordination is a key factor in the success of the production, while the main obstacles faced are limited resources and short production time. With professionalism and effective communication, the production team is able to maintain the quality of the informative and credible program. </em></p> <p>Program Navy News merupakan salah satu program unggulan di Jalasveva Jayamahe Television (JJM TV), yang berfungsi sebagai sarana komunikasi publik bagi Angkatan Laut Indonesia. Kesuksesan program ini tidak terlepas dari kontribusi tim produksi yang bekerja di balik layar dalam proses pra-produksi, produksi, dan pasca-produksi. Makalah seminar ini bertujuan untuk menentukan peran tim produksi dalam pembuatan program Berita Angkatan Laut, menganalisis tantangan yang dihadapi selama proses produksi, dan mengevaluasi strategi tim produksi dalam menjaga kualitas dan kredibilitas berita. Data diperoleh melalui observasi langsung, wawancara dengan anggota tim produksi, dan studi literatur. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa koordinasi antar divisi merupakan faktor kunci dalam kesuksesan produksi, sementara hambatan utama yang dihadapi adalah keterbatasan sumber daya dan waktu produksi yang singkat.
