This study aims to analyze the potential of creative tourism through weaving artisans in Pansur Napitu Village, Siatas Barita District, North Tapanuli Regency, by employing a descriptive qualitative method. The data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, and were analyzed based on the five key dimensions of creative tourism, namely active participation, learning, creative self-expression, community engagement, and space. Tourists can directly engage in the weaving process (active participation), learn the techniques and cultural meanings of ulos (learning),express their creativity through the choice of colors and motifs (creative self-expression), and build social interactions with the artisans (community engagement). Meanwhile, weaving production and exhibition spaces serve as cultural interaction hubs (space). These potentials emphasize that ulos-based creative tourism is not only recreational but also serves as a medium for education, cultural preservation, and community empowerment. The Pansur Napitu Village has strong potential to become a creative tourism village through its weaving artisans; however, the analysis also reveals that two key dimensions creative self-expression and space remain underdeveloped. This research is expected to contribute to the development of creative tourism potential in Pansur Napitu Village.
