PENGARUH MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN WORDWALL DALAM MENINGKATKAN MOTIVASI BELAJAR SISWA MATA PELAJARAN SEJARAH DI KELAS XI SMA ISTIQAMAH MUHAMMADIYAH SAMARINDA

Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Media Pembelajaran Wordwall Dalam Meningkat kan Motivasi Belajar Siswa Mata pelajaran Sejarah dikelas XI SMA Istiqamah Muhammadaiyah Samarinda. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen melibatkan 1 kelas yakni kelas eksperimen yang menggunakan media pembelajaran Wordwall. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui instrument angket. Analisis data dilakukan dengan uji normalitas dan linieritas. Uji hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji regresi linier sederhana, uji koefisien korelasi dan uji koefisen determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa penggunaan media pembelajaran Wordwall memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Motivasi belajar siswa. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,014 < 0,05, sehingga hopitesis alternative (H_a) diterima dan hipotesis nol (H_o) ditolak. Selain itu nilai koefisien korelasi (R) sebesar 0,437 dan berada pada kategori cukup kuat, yang menunjukan adanya hubungan yang positif antara penggunaan media pembelajaran Wordwall dengan motivasi belajar siswa. Selanjutnya, nilai koefisien determinasi (R Square) sebesar 0,191 menunjukan bahwa sebesar 19,1% variasi motivasi belajar dapat dijelaskan oleh penggunaan media pembelajaran Wordwall, sedangkan sebesar 80,9% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar variabel penelitian.

This study aims to determine the effect of Wordwall learning media in increasing student learning motivation in the subject of history in grade XI of SMA Istiqamah Muhammadaiyah Samarinda. This study uses a quantitative approach with an experimental method involving 1 class, namely the experimental class that uses Wordwall learning media. Data collection techniques are carried out through questionnaire instruments. Data analysis is carried out by normality and linearity tests. Hypothesis testing in this study uses a simple linear regression test, correlation coefficient test and coefficient of determination test. The results of the study show that the use of Wordwall learning media has a significant effect on student learning motivation. This is evidenced by a significance value of 0.014 <0.05, so that the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted and the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected. In addition, the correlation coefficient (R) value is 0.437 and is in the fairly strong category, which indicates a positive relationship between the use of Wordwall learning media and student learning motivation. Furthermore, the coefficient of determination (R Square) value of 0.191 indicates that 19.1% of the variation in learning motivation can be explained by the use of Wordwall learning media, while 80.9% is influenced by other factors outside the research variables.
