ANALISIS PENGARUH PEMAHAMAN WAWASAN KEBANGSAAN TERHADAP MANIFESTASI SIKAP BELA NEGARA PADA PESERTA DIDIK KELAS XI SEKOLAH MENENGAH ATAS DI KOTA PEKANBARU

Latar Belakang: Eksistensi suatu bangsa di era kontemporer sangat diuji oleh ketangguhan karakter dan kedalaman identitas nasional generasi mudanya , terutama dalam menghadapi gempuran disrupsi luar di era digital. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pemahaman wawasan kebangsaan terhadap manifestasi sikap bela negara pada peserta didik kelas XI SMA di Kota Pekanbaru. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain studi literatur (narrative review) dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Data sekunder diperoleh dari pangkalan data Google Scholar, GARUDA, SINTA, dan ResearchGate dengan batasan publikasi 5 tahun terakhir. Dari seleksi ketat, diperoleh 20 jurnal utama sebagai objek analisis. Hasil: Mayoritas metodologi pada literatur yang dikaji didominasi oleh metode kualitatif, diikuti literatur review, dan kuantitatif. Hasil sintesis menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman wawasan kebangsaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap sikap bela negara siswa. Manifestasi bela negara di Pekanbaru diwujudkan secara adaptif, seperti pemanfaatan platform TikTok untuk pembelajaran kewarganegaraan di sekolah. Namun, siswa menghadapi tantangan kedaulatan digital berupa hoaks di Facebook dan WhatsApp akibat rendahnya literasi deteksi mandiri. Sebagai resolusi, integrasi kearifan lokal Melayu Riau, seperti filosofi "adat bersendi syarak, syarak bersendi kitabullah" dan simbolisme "pucuk pisang", terbukti efektif menjadi landasan moral dan filtrasi budaya bagi siswa. Kesimpulan: Penguatan wawasan kebangsaan yang dikombinasikan dengan literasi digital dan kearifan lokal sangat krusial untuk membangun benteng pertahanan nirmiliter yang tangguh pada generasi muda.
Background: The existence of a nation in the contemporary era is heavily tested by the character resilience and deep national identity of its youth , particularly in facing the onslaught of external disruptions in the digital age. Objective: This study aims to analyze the influence of understanding national insight on the manifestation of state defense attitudes among eleventh-grade high school students in Pekanbaru City. Methods: This study employed a literature review design (narrative review) with a descriptive qualitative approach. Secondary data were gathered from Google Scholar, GARUDA, SINTA, and ResearchGate databases, restricted to publications from the last 5 years. Through rigorous selection, a maximum of 20 core journals were analyzed. Results: The methodological trends in the reviewed literature were dominated by qualitative methods, followed by literature reviews, and quantitative approaches. Synthesized findings indicate that understanding national insight has a significant positive impact on students' state defense attitudes. In Pekanbaru, this manifestation is adaptively implemented, such as utilizing TikTok as an interactive civic learning medium in schools. However, students face digital sovereignty challenges, specifically the massive spread of hoaxes on Facebook and WhatsApp due to a lack of independent verification skills. As a resolution, integrating Riau Malay local wisdom such as the philosophy of "adat bersendi syarak, syarak bersendi kitabullah" and the symbolism of "pucuk pisang" proves effective as a moral foundation and cultural filter. Conclusion: Strengthening national insight combined with digital literacy and local wisdom is crucial to establishing a resilient non-military defense fortress among the younger generation.
