PENGARUH KINERJA PETUGAS AVIATION SECURITY (AVSEC) TERHADAP KEPUASAN PENUMPANG DI SECURITY CHECK POINT BANDAR UDARA KOMODO LABUAN BAJO

Abstrak

Petugas Avsec mempunyai peranan yang sangat penting dalam melakukan pengecekan barang yang dibawa oleh penumpang. Tingkat kepuasan penumpang dapat dilihat dari kinerja petugas Avsec. Penelitian ini ditulis untuk mengetahui pengaruh kinerja penumpang dan mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kinerja petugas Avsec terhadap kepuasan penumpang.

Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan dilakukan pada bulan Februari 2024 di Bandara Komodo Labuan Bajo. Sumber data yang digunakan penulis dalam penelitian ini adalah data berupa kuisioner sebanyak 100 sampel dengan cara menyebarkan link Google Form kepada responden yang pernah berangkat di kawasan Bandara Komodo Labuan Bajo, dalam kurun waktu 1 bulan. Teknik analisis data penulis menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 26.

Berdasarkan hasil pengaruh positif antara Kinerja Petugas AVSEC terhadap Kepuasan Penumpang Bandara Komodo Labuan Bajo. Hal ini terlihat dari nilai T hitung (15,062) > T Tabel (1,660) yang berarti Kinerja Petugas AVSEC mempunyai peran positif dalam mempengaruhi Kepuasan Penumpang di Bandara. Labuan Bajo Komodo Air, nilai analisis R sebesar 0,836. R tabel pada taraf signifikansi 5% N = 100 adalah 0,195. Jadi R hitung > R tabel, maka dapat disimpulkan hipotesis nol (Ho) ditolak dan (H1) diterima. 

Avsec officers have a very important role in checking goods carried by passengers. The level of passenger satisfaction can be seen from the performance of Avsec officers. This research was written to determine the influence of passenger performance and to find out how much influence the performance of Avsec officers has on passenger satisfaction.

In this research the author used quantitative methods and was conducted in February 2024 at Komodo Labuan Bajo Airport. The data source used by the author in this research is data in the form of a questionnaire of 100 samples by distributing a Google Form link to respondents who have departed in the Komodo Labuan Bajo Airport area, within 1 month. The author's data analysis technique uses the SPSS 26 application.

Based on the results of the positive influence between AVSEC Officer Performance on Passenger Satisfaction at Komodo Labuan Bajo Airport. This can be seen from the calculated T value (15.062) > T Table (1.660) which means that AVSEC Officer Performance has a positive role in influencing Passenger Satisfaction at the Airport. Labuan Bajo Komodo Air, R analysis value of 0.836. The R table for the 5% significance level N = 100 is 0.195. So R count > R table, it can be concluded that the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected and (H1) is accepted.
