Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetaui dan mnganalisi 1) Pengaruh antara spiritual leadership terhadap kinerja SDM 2) Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja terhadap motivasi spiritual. 3) Pengaruh antara spiritual leadership terhadap Motivasi Spiritual 4) Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja terhadap Motivasi Spiritual 5) Pengaruh spiritual leadhership terhadap Kinerja SDM melalui Motivasi Spiritual 6) Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja SDM melalui motivasi spiritual. Jenis penelitian eksplanatori (explanatory research) dan menggunakan metode survei. Populasi penelitian adalah karyawan BANK BNI KC Bekasi teknik penentuan jumlah sampel menggunakan rumus slovin. Jumlah sampel 100 karyawan. Hasil penelitian ini adalah 1) Kepemimpinan Spiritual berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kinerja SDM pada karyawan BANK BNI KC Bekasi. 2) Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kinerja SDM pada karyawan BANK BNI KC Bekasi.. 3) Spiritual leadership berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap motivasi spiritual karyawan BANK BNI KC Bekasi. 4) Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap motivsai spiritual BANK BNI KC Bekasi. 5) Spritual leadership berpengaruh terhadap kinerja SDm melaului motivasi spiritual karyawan BANK BNI KC Bekasi. 6) Disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja SDM melaului motivasi spiritual karyawan BANK BNI KC Bekasi.
This research aims to understand and analyze 1) the influence of spiritual leadership on HR performance 2) the influence of work discipline on spiritual motivation 3) the influence of spiritual leadership on spiritual motivation 4) the influence of work discipline on spiritual motivation 5) the influence of spiritual leadership on HR performance through spiritual motivation 6) the influence of work discipline on HR performance through spiritual motivation. The type of research is explanatory research and uses a survey method. The research population consists of employees of BANK BNI KC Bekasi, and the sample size was determined using the Slovin's formula. The sample size is 100 employees. The results of this study are: 1) Spiritual Leadership has a significant positive effect on HR Performance among employees of BANK BNI KC Bekasi. 2) Work discipline has a significant positive effect on HR Performance among employees of BANK BNI KC Bekasi. 3) Spiritual leadership has a significant positive effect on the spiritual motivation of employees of BANK BNI KC Bekasi. 4) Work discipline has a significant positive effect on the spiritual motivation of BANK BNI KC Bekasi. 5) Spiritual leadership affects HR performance through the spiritual motivation of employees of BANK BNI KC Bekasi. 6) Work discipline affects HR performance through the spiritual motivation of employees of BANK BNI KC Bekasi.
