PENGGUNAAN METODE CAPI PADA APLIKASI FASIH DI BADAN PUSAT STATISTIK KOTA SERANG

Abstrak

Penelitian ini membahas mengenai penggunaan metode CAPI (Computer Assisted Personal Interviewing) sebagai teknik pengambilan data dengan cara mewawancarai responden yang nantinya data tersebut di aplikasikan menggunakan FASIH (Fleksible Authentic Survey Instrumen Harmony), bertempatan di Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Kota Serang. Penelitian dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk memahami secara mendalam penggunaan aplikasi FASIH dalam pelaksaan survei Angkatan Kerja Nasional (sakernas) Februari 2025. Fokus utama penelitian ini adalah untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana aplikasi ini digunakan dalam mendukung metode CAPI serta perannya dalan meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi pengumpulan data.  Hasil studi menunjukkan metode CAPI lebih efektif dan efisien dalam akurasi pengumpulan data.

This research discusses the use of the CAPI (Computer Assisted Personal Interviewing) method as a data collection technique by interviewing respondents who later the data is applied using FASIH (Flexible Authentic Survey Instrument Harmony), located at the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Serang City. The research was conducted with the aim of deeply understanding the use of the FASIH application in the implementation of the February 2025 National Labor Force survey (sakernas). The main focus of the study was to explore how the application was used to support the CAPI method and its role in improving the efficiency and accuracy of data collection.  The study results show that the CAPI method is more effective and efficient in data collection accuracy.
