Kurangnya kesadaran masyarakat dalam mengenali gejala awal penyakit pencernaan menyebabkan keterlambatan penanganan di fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membantu tenaga kesehatan dan masyarakat di UPTD Puskesmas Kresek dalam melakukan deteksi dini penyakit pencernaan pada anak melalui penerapan sistem pakar berbasis web menggunakan metode Certainty Factor. Metode penelitian dilakukan melalui observasi dan wawancara dengan petugas kesehatan UPTD Puskesmas Kresek. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan basis data MySQL. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem pakar mampu membantu tenaga kesehatan dalam memberikan informasi gejala awal, mempercepat proses diagnosa awal, serta meningkatkan ketepatan pengambilan keputusan. This research aims to examine the chronology of the conflict, the dynamics of the negotiation process, and the final results of the negotiations that occurred between the two parties from an integrative negotiation perspective. The research uses a qualitative approach with content analysis methods. Data was obtained through social media uploads, online news, digital documentation, as well as statements from parties involved in the case. The analysis is carried out by interpreting the content of communication, forms of interaction, and negotiation stages that arise during conflicts in the digital space and in the legal process. The research results show that the conflict started with customer dissatisfaction with restaurant service, then developed due to the spread of CCTV footage and public opinion on social media. Negotiation dynamics occur through submitting demands, submitting counter-reports, lobbying processes, and mediation facilitated by the police through a restorative justice approach. The integrative negotiation perspective shows that both parties ultimately try to find a mutually acceptable solution to avoid greater losses, both legal and social. Golden Futsal di Kota Jambi masih menerapkan sistem reservasi secara manual, sehingga menyulitkan pelanggan dalam memperoleh informasi jadwal lapangan secara real time serta menyebabkan pengelolaan data dan laporan transaksi kurang efisien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang Sistem Informasi Reservasi Lapangan Futsal Golden berbasis website guna mempermudah proses pemesanan dan pembayaran lapangan secara online serta membantu pengelola dalam mengelola data reservasi dan laporan transaksi. Metode yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan pendekatan kualitatif melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Pengembangan sistem menggunakan metode waterfall dengan perancangan sistem berbasis UML. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan PHP dengan framework Laravel dan MySQL sebagai basis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu menyediakan reservasi online, informasi jadwal real time, konfirmasi pembayaran, serta laporan transaksi otomatis. Pengujian black box dan skala Likert menunjukkan sistem berjalan dengan baik dan layak digunakan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan dan efisiensi pengelolaan reservasi di Golden Futsal.</p> <p><em>The development of information technology encourages the improvement of service quality through the implementation of web-based information systems, including futsal court rental services. Golden Futsal in Jambi City still applies a manual reservation system, which makes it difficult for customers to obtain real-time court schedule information and results in inefficient management of data and transaction reports. This study aims to design a web-based Futsal Court Reservation Information System for Golden Futsal to facilitate online court booking and payment processes, as well as to assist managers in managing reservation data and transaction reports. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with a qualitative approach through observation, interviews, and literature study. System development applies the waterfall method with system design based on Unified Modeling Language (UML). The system is developed using PHP with the Laravel framework and MySQL as the database. The results show that the system is able to provide online reservations, real-time court schedule information, payment confirmation, and automatic transaction reports.
