PERANCANGAN UI/UX SISTEM INFORMASI MANAJEMEN MASYARAKAT TINGKAT RT BERBASIS WEB UNTUK MEMINIMALISIR MASALAH SOSIAL

Abstrak

The social welfare problems that exist to date have not been fully resolved, marked by the fact that there are still people with social problems. Seeing these problems, creative model formulations are needed in an effort to solve social problems which were previously only approached using conventional methods which were characterized by the application of models. curative model, short-term project orientation, weak implementation supervision that is full of inconsistencies between the order of ideas and implementation, and unable to raise collective awareness in the community that they are the main actors of change. This research aims to design a management information system for managing RT level data starting from the smallest service level. So this research can support the government in dealing with social problems from the smallest level. The method used in building the system is the prototype method, starting from needs analysis, prototyping, system design, system coding, testing and system evaluation. The output of the web-based application is in the form of a map feature, valid and up-to-date data, discussion and complaint forums, a cover letter submission feature, information on community activities, then this information will be received by the RT head and the RT neighborhood community and even the central government can get information on community welfare in the system web based.

Masalah kesejahteraan sosial yang ada hingga saat ini belum dapat sepenuhnya diselesaikan, ditandai dengan masih terdapat penyandang masalah sosial, Melihat permasalahan tersebut dibutuhkan rumusan-rumusan model kreatif dalam upaya pemecahan masalah sosial yang sebelumnya hanya didekati dengan cara-cara konvensional yang dicirikan dengan penerapan model-model kuratif, orientasi proyek jangka pendek, pengawasan implementasi yang lemah sehingga penuh ketidakkonsistenan antara tatanan ide dengan implementasi, dan tidak mampu memunculkan kesadaran kolektif masyarakat bahwa mereka adalah aktor utama perubahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan perancangan sistem informasi manajemen untuk pengelolaan data tingkat RT yang dimulai dari tingkat pelayanan terkecil. Sehingga dengan demikian penelitian ini dapat mendukung pemerintah dalam menangani masalah sosial dari tingkat terkecil. Metode yang digunakan dalam membangun sistem adalah metode prototype, dimulai dari analisis kebutuhan, pembuatan prototipe, perancangan sistem, pengkodean sistem, pengujian, serta evaluasi sistem. Luaran aplikasi berbasis web berupa fitur peta, data yang valid dan terkini, forum diskusi dan keluhan, fitur pengajuan surat pengantar, informasi kegiatan masyarakat, lalu informasi ini akan diterima oleh ketua RT dan masyarakat lingkungan RT bahkan pemerintah pusat bisa mendapatkan informasi kesejahteraan masyarakat pada sistem berbasis web ini.
