RANCANG BANGUN SISTEM INFORMASI MANAJEMEN ASET PERUSAHAAN BERBASIS WEBSITE MENGGUNAKAN METODE WATERFALL UNTUK MENINGKATKAN EFISIENSI PENGELOLAAN DATA PADA PT. SOLUSI TEKNOLOGI UNGGUL

Abstrak

1. Solusi Teknologi Unggul adalah perusahaan penyedia solusi komunikasi bisnis yang berfokus pada teknologi PBX dan Unified Communication. PT. Solusi Teknologi Unggul berfokus pada implementasi sistem telepon dan infrastruktur komunikasi berbasis IP. PT. Solusi Teknologi Unggul menghadirkan layanan lengkap mulai dari Cloud PBX, IP PBX On-Premise, SIP Trunk, IP Phone & Voice Gateway, Call Center Solution, Omni-Channel Communication, hingga integrasi dengan CRM, WhatsApp Business API, AI Agent, Dashboard Monitoring, dan Reporting. Metode Waterfall merupakan metode pengembangan perangkat lunak yang dilakukan secara sistematis dan berurutan, dimulai dari tahap analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, implementasi, pengujian, hingga pemeliharaan. Setiap tahapan harus diselesaikan terlebih dahulu sebelum melanjutkan ke tahap berikutnya, sehingga menghasilkan proses pengembangan yang terstruktur dan terdokumentasi dengan baik. Ruang lingkup proyek mencakup 7 fitur utama: (1) CRUD aset dengan atribut lengkap; (2) Pengelompokkan aset berdasarkan jenis; (3) Mencatat riwayat perpindahan aset; (4) Mencatat penjadwalan manajemen pemeliharaan;; (5) Perhitungan penyusutan nilai aset; (6) Scan Barcode/QR code untuk setiap aset; (7) Laporan inventaris. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dibangun mampu meningkatkan efisiensi dalam pengelolaan data aset, meminimalkan kesalahan pencatatan, serta mempermudah proses pencarian data dan penyusunan laporan. Dengan adanya sistem ini, diharapkan kinerja pengelolaan aset pada PT. Solusi Teknologi Unggul menjadi lebih efektif, akurat, dan terstruktur.

The Waterfall method is a software development approach carried out systematically and sequentially, starting from the requirements analysis stage, followed by system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. Each stage must be completed before proceeding to the next, resulting in a development process that is structured and well documented. The project scope includes seven main features: (1) asset CRUD operations with complete attributes; (2) asset classification based on type; (3) recording asset transfer history; (4) recording maintenance management scheduling; (5) calculation of asset depreciation value; (6) barcode/QR code scanning for each asset; and (7) inventory reporting. The research results indicate that the developed system is capable of improving efficiency in asset data management, minimizing recording errors, and facilitating the processes of data retrieval and report generation. With the implementation of this system, asset management performance at PT. Solusi Teknologi Unggul is expected to become more effective, accurate, and well-structured.
