SISTEM PEMILIHAN HASIL PRODUK UMKM TERBAIK MENGGUNAKAN METODE RANK ORDER CENTROID (ROC) DAN METODE OPERATIONAL COMPETITIVENESS RATING ANALYSIS (OCRA)

Abstrak

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Serdang Village, Meranti District, Asahan Regency, North Sumatra Province are business actors engaged in the business sector, which touches the interests of the community around Serdang Village. MSMEs have an important position, not only in absorbing labor and community welfare, in many cases they are the glue and stabilize the problem of social inequality. MSMEs are currently very developed. Based on data from Meranti District, Asahan Regency has experienced an increase in SME growth, but the current problem that arises is the absence of assessment and appreciation for the results of MSME products in Meranti District, which has resulted in a lack of community motivation to increase the results of MSME products. The aim of this research is to design a system for selecting the best MSME products with a display that is easy to understand and an attractive appearance that makes it easier for the parties involved in the assessment. The data used in this research is data on product type, product price, product quality, number of monthly sales and product durability. The output results from a system for selecting the best SME products using the Rank Order Centroid (ROC) method and the Operational Competitiveness Rating Analysis (OCRA) method. It can be seen that the results of the tests carried out by researchers resulted in an assessment of 3 types of MSME products, such as peye tempeh MSMEs getting a score of 1.4, tempe MSMEs getting a score of 0.899 and Risol MSMEs getting a score of 0. So the highest assessment of MSME results is peye tempeh MSMEs with a score of 1.4. This application provides benefits to the Serdang Village office, Meranti District, Asahan Regency because this application can determine the assessment of the results of MSME products.

Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) pada Desa Serdang Kecamatan Meranti Kabupaten Asahan Provinsi Sumatera Utara merupakan pelaku bisnis yang bergerak di bidang usaha, yang menyentuh kepentingan masyarakat sekitar Desa Serdang. UMKM memiliki posisi penting, bukan saja dalam penyerapan tenaga kerja dan kesejahteraan masyarakat, dalam banyak hal mereka menjadi perekat dan menstabilkan masalah kesenjangan sosial. UMKM pada saat ini sudah sangat berkembang. Berdasarkan data Kecamatan Meranti Kabupaten Asahan telah mengalami peningkatan pertumbuhan UKM, namun masalah saat ini yang timbul adalah tidak adanya penilaian dan penghargaan terhadap hasil produk UMKM di Kecamatan Meranti yang membuat kurangnya motifasi masyarakat untuk meningkatkan hasil produk UMKM. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini Untuk merancang sistem pemilihan hasil produk UMKM terbaik dengan tampilan yang mudah di pahami dan tampilan menarik yang memudahkan pihak yang terlibat dalam penilaian. Data yang digunakan dalam peneltian ini alah berupa data data jenis produk, harga produk, kualitas produk, jumlah penjualan perbulan dan ketahanan produk. Hasil output dari sebuah Sistem Pemilihan Hasil Produk UMKM Terbaik Menggunakan Metode Rank Order Centroid (ROC) dan Metode Operational Competitiveness Rating Analysis (OCRA). Terlihat hasil pengujian yang dilakukan oleh peneliti menghasilkan sebuah penilaian terhadap 3 jenis produk UMKM seperti UMKM peye tempe mendapatkan hasil nilai 1.4, UMKM tempe mendapatkan nilai 0.899 dan UMKM Risol mendapatkan nilai 0. Sehingga penilaian hasil UMKM tertinggi ialah UMKM peye tempe dengan nilai 1.4. Aplikasi ini memberikan manfaat kepada pihak kantor Desa Serdang Kecamatan Meranti Kabupaten Asahan karena aplikasi ini dapat menentukan penilaian terhadap hasil produk UMKM.
