PENGARUH KINERJA KEUANGAN TERHADAP HARGA SAHAM PADA PERUSAHAAN PERBANKAN YANG TERDAFTAR DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA (BEI)

Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), dan Return On Equity (ROE) terhadap harga saham perusahaan Perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2020 – 2024. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2020 – 2024. Sampel penelitian sebanyak delapan Perusahaan perbankan yang diperoleh dengan Teknik purposive sampling. Uji analisis yang digunakan untuk menganalisis penelitian ini adalah menggunakan uji statistik deskriptif. Uji asumsi klasik, dan analisis regresi berganda yang diolah dengan Eviews 13. Hasil uji hipotesis membuktikan bahwa Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), dan Return On Equity (ROE) secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap harga saham Perusahaan Perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2020 – 2024. Sementara itu, pada uji simultan Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), dan Return On Equity (ROE) memiliki berpengaruh terhadap harga saham perusahaan Perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2020 – 2024.

This research aims to determine the effect Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), dan Return On Equity (ROE) on the share prices of banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchangge (IDX) for the the period 2020 – 2024. The population in this study consists of consumer banking listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2020 - 2024. The sample consists of eight banking companies obtaines using purposive sampling techniques. The analytical tests used in this study include descrptive statistical tests, classical assumption tests, and multiple regression analysis, processed using Eviews 13. The hypothesis test results prove that Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), dan Return On Equity (ROE) partially have no effect the share prices of banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2020 - 2024. Meanwhile, in the simultaneous test Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), dan Return On Equity (ROE influences on the share prices of banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the the period 2020 - 2024.
