DEVELOPING THE EFFECTIVNESS OF DISCORD LEARNING METHODS IN SPEAKING SKILLS FOR TEENAGERS & YOUNG ADULTS WITH INFERIORITY COMPLEX

Abstrak

The study about “Developing the effectiveness of Discord learning methods in speaking skills for people with Inferiority Complex” is the study executed among Discord users. The study aims to develop strategies and working resolutions while utilizing discord learning methods as part of speaking skills for learners with an inferiority complex, and likewise to improve the methods of discord. Furthermore, the purpose of the study is to develop discord methods for some learners with mental issues, such as introverts, and also some learners with communication problems. The study will answer mostly how much the improvement will become a struggle in the study, as the study of discord methods relies a lot on speaking improvement. Furthermore, the study will answer what the improvement can, in fact, affect the study of the learners and also develop better. Thus, also included how the teacher is enormously improving the methods in order to enhance the English lessons. Lastly, not only indicating the benefits of it but also finding the best approach to improving discord speaking communication to enhancing communication study. This study indicated the improvements of Discord methods as one of the methods to enhance communications among non-English speakers, and to conduct better education around Discord methods for people in need. Furthermore, it indicated the better use of English not only to speak but also to express some information that is not only understandable but also felt as having an enormous leverage on the conversations to bring out better communication. Every arrow being conducted and expected is that the discord methods can, in fact, be improved and enhanced as one of the effective methods to teach people in need better communication skills. As part of the study, every part of the improvements will be applied to gain a better version of the methods. The analysis conducted around 45 minutes of non-treatment sections. Followed by the 45-minute treatment sections, and finished with 45 minutes of exculpation. Thus, the study conducted on 3 different days. Furthermore, participants are around 3 people with high inferiority complexes, 3 people with average inferiority complexes, and 3 people who do not know how to speak English without the inferiority complex. Thus, the conducted study take several days of treatment and data collection. Therefore, data collected with observation sheets, and interviewers' answers used as the validation of the data. The considerations are based on the direct data from firsthand experience. After the conducted study, we obtained the results of all the methods during the section that are improving the inferiority learners. Furthermore, some of them prefer the discords to become a curriculum at the school. However, some problems, such as internet connections and also the events couldn’t be conducted better, are being discussed among the people who own the servers. Besides that, the way of conducting methods and enhancing is considered better since all the inferior learners have shown a huge increase in their confidence levels. Hence, the approach of the discord methods can, in fact, improve learners' study and contribute to enhancing communication and learning better. Nonetheless, all non-inferiority learners are studying new methods to understand English. Not only learning in a fun way, but also learning with improved new methods such as singing contests, podcasting, and many mini games. Although the language barrier became the main problem, all of the learners had a good time and improved the way they presented during the classes. Thus also included the conversations with Als that stated “It is helping a lot since I don’t have courage to speak English more fluently. Also the improvement where we need to talk and create our own topics around the new friends very stressful at beginning but started to enjoy it a lot since English can be create as fun as we play with friends.”Furthermore, conversations with Barusu stated “Mostly I counting on school before, but with this methods and you creating the improvement such as karaoke, anime guessing, and also some of podcasting I guarantee it will be good to helping us that having hard time with anxiety and also the confidence.” Nontheless, conversations with Calmaria stated “I mostly liked it since I know I don’t need to depending on my school too much. Since we have the improvement kinda scared that if improvement failed around the singing contest. But overall it is save to use and easy to improved.”
