ANALISIS PENGARUH ROA, ROE, DAN LIKUIDITAS TERHADAP HARGA SAHAM PADA EMITEN FOOD AND BEVERAGE DI BEI TAHUN 2021–2023

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), dan Current Ratio (CR) terhadap harga saham perusahaan subsektor Food and Beverage yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2021–2023. Dengan menggunakan data sekunder dan pendekatan kuantitatif, analisis dilakukan melalui regresi linear berganda menggunakan SPSS versi 27. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa ROA berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham, sementara ROE dan CR tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya efisiensi penggunaan aset dalam meningkatkan nilai perusahaan di mata investor.
This study aims to examine the effect of Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), and Current Ratio (CR) on stock prices of Food and Beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2021–2023. Utilizing secondary data and a quantitative approach, the analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 27. The results show that ROA has a positive and significant effect on stock prices, while ROE and CR have no significant effect. This study highlights the importance of asset utilization efficiency in enhancing firm value in the eyes of investors.
