ANALISIS INDUSTRI KOSMETIK INDONESIA DALAM PERSPEKTIF REGULASI: PERKEMBANGAN REGULASI KOSMETIK

Abstrak

Kosmetik merupakan sebuah kebutuhan mendasar bagi seorang perempuan untuk mempercantik dan mengubah penampilan tanpa mempengaruhi struktur atau fungsi tubuh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peredaran industri kosmetik Indonesia serta menilai dampaknya terhadap transformasi produk, standar keamanan, dan modernisasi sektor kosmetik dalam konteks integrasi global. Saat ini teknologi kosmetik lebih modern dengan mengalami globalisasi dan inovasi yang menggabungkan riset dermatologis, bioteknologi, dan memperhatikan efek keberlanjutan. Kebutuhan kosmetik oleh konsumen juga berbeda-beda, produsen ikut berlomba-lomba untuk memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kajian literatur kualitatif dengan menganalisis berita daring dan artikel ilmiah yang relevan. Hasil penelitian ini berupa penjelasan mengenai bagaimana regulasi peredaran kosmetik hingga kosmetik masa kini yang menjadi tren global.

Cosmetics are a fundamental need for women to enhance their beauty and enhance their appearance without affecting their body structure or function. This study aims to analyze the circulation of the Indonesian cosmetics industry and assess its impact on product transformation, safety standards, and the modernization of the cosmetics sector within the context of global integration. Currently, cosmetics technology is more modern, experiencing globalization and innovation that incorporates dermatological research and biotechnology, and considers the effects of drying. Consumer cosmetic needs also vary, and manufacturers compete to meet consumer needs. This study uses a qualitative literature review method by analyzing relevant news and scientific articles. The results of this study provide an explanation of how cosmetics are regulated, including current cosmetics that have become global trendsregulations to ensure legal certainty and a stable, responsive, and sustainable financial environment.
