FILSAFAT HUKUM ISLAM DALAM KAJIAN TERMINOLOGI

Abstrak

Filsafat hukum Islam merupakan cabang penting dalam tradisi keilmuan Islam yang berperan strategis dalam membentuk pemahaman mendalam terhadap hukum Islam. Dalam kajian filsafat agama Islam tentang pendekatan, ketika seseorang mengerjakan suatu amal ibadah tidak akan merasa kebosanan, semakin mampu mengenali makna filosofis dari suatu ajaran agama maka semakin meningkat pula sikap penghayatan dan daya spiritual yang dimiliki seseorang. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian Kepustakaan dan pendekatan kualitatif yang dimana data bersumber dari buku buku dan jurnal kemudian dikelola dengan kata kata deskriptif. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana filsafat hukum Islam, hakikat filsafat hukum Islam, pertumbuhan dan perkembangan filsafat Hukum Islam serta objek kajian dalam filsafat hukum Islam . Hasil dari penelitian ini mengungkapkan hakikat dalam filsafat Hukum Islam, pertumbuhan dan perkembangan filsafat di dalam Hukum Islam serta objek kajian yang terdapat dalam filsafat hukum Islam.

Islamic legal philosophy is an important branch of Islamic scientific tradition that plays a strategic role in forming a deep understanding of Islamic law. In the study of Islamic religious philosophy regarding the approach, when someone performs an act of worship will not feel bored, the more able to recognize the philosophical meaning of a religious teaching, the more the attitude of appreciation and spiritual power that a person has. This study uses a type of library research and a qualitative approach where data is sourced from books and journals then managed with descriptive words. The purpose of this study is to determine how the philosophy of Islamic law, the nature of the philosophy of Islamic law, the growth and development of the philosophy of Islamic law and the objects of study in the philosophy of Islamic law. The results of this study reveal the nature of the philosophy of Islamic law, the growth and development of philosophy in Islamic law and the objects of study contained in the philosophy of Islamic law.
