ANALISIS GAYA BELAJAR SISWA: PERBANDINGAN KECENDERUNGAN VISUAL, AUDITORI, DAN KINESTETIK TERHDAP PRESTASI BELAJAR SISWA

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbandingan gaya belajar terhadap prestasi belajar siswa serta bagaimana pemahaman tentang hasil belajar visual, auditorik, dan kinestetik dalam mengembangkan prestasi belajar siswa di SMP 41 Takengon. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dan metode pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner terhadap 100 responden, penelitian ini memetakan preferensi gaya belajar siswa secara optimal, menunjukkan dominasi Visual (52%), disusul Kinestetik (30%), dan Auditori (18%). Hasil penelitian di SMP 41 Takengon mengonfirmasi gaya belajar visual lebih condong tinggi dengan persentase 70,85%, kinestetik 69,54%, serta auditorik 66,55%. Temuan ini menekankan perlunya pergeseran metode pengajaran konvensional menuju pembelajaran aktif (active learning) yang memfasilitasi kebutuhan gerak dan praktik siswa.
This study aims to determine the comparison of learning styles with student learning achievement and how the understanding of visual, auditory, and kinesthetic learning outcomes in developing student learning achievement at SMP 41 Takengon. Using a descriptive qualitative approach and data collection methods through questionnaires to 100 respondents, this study maps students' learning style preferences optimally, showing Visual dominance (52%), followed by Kinesthetic (30%), and Auditory (18%). The results of the study at SMP 41 Takengon confirmed that visual learning styles tend to be higher with a percentage of 70.85%, kinesthetic 69.54%, and auditory 66.55%. This finding emphasizes the need for a shift from conventional teaching methods to active learning that facilitates students' movement and practice needs.
