This study aims to analyze the effect of financial literacy, financial inclusion, and Financial Technology on the performance of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises in Tanjungpinang City. A quantitative associative approach with multiple linear regression analyses using SPSS software was employed. The population consisted of all MSME actors in Tanjungpinang City, totaling 27,758 business units. A sample of 100 respondents was determined using convenience sampling and the Slovin formula with a 10% margin of error. Data were collected through questionnaires using a 1–5 Likert scale. The results indicated that: financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on MSME performance, with a coefficient of 0.295 (sig. 0.004); financial inclusion has a positive and significant effect on MSME performance, with a coefficient of 0.508 (sig. 0.000); Financial Technology has a positive and significant effect on MSME performance, with a coefficient of 0.132 (sig. 0.020); and simultaneously, all independent variables significantly affect MSME performance, with F-count of 24.389 (sig. 0.000) and Adjusted R Square of 0.415. All three hypotheses were accepted. These findings indicate that cognitive capabilities, access to formal financial services, and the utilization of digital financial technology are mutually complementary strategic resources for improving MSME performance in archipelagic regions.
