Penelitian ini menganalisis konten podcast Kasi Solusi yang berfokus pada konsep dan strategi pengelolaan keuangan bagi generasi sandwich yang berpenghasilan di bawah upah minimum lokal (UMR). Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis konten kualitatif untuk mengeksplorasi berbagai strategi yang direkomendasikan dalam podcast. Berdasarkan riset, Kasi Solusi Podcast menawarkan beberapa strategi utama, antara lain penganggaran yang ketat, diversifikasi pendapatan, dan pemanfaatan teknologi finansial. Studi ini juga menunjukkan efektivitas podcast sebagai media pendidikan keuangan yang mudah diakses. Singkatnya, meskipun ada tantangan ekonomi yang besar, generasi sandwich dapat menerapkan strategi ini untuk meningkatkan kesehatan keuangan mereka.
This research analyzes the content of the Kasisolusi podcast which focuses on draft and financial management strategies for the sandwich generation with becomes below the Regional Minimum Wage (UMR). Using qualitative content analysis method, this study explores the various strategies recommended in the podcast. The research result show that the Kasisolusi podcast offers several key strategies, including tight budgeting, income diversification, and the use of financial technology. This research also reveals the effectiveness of podcasts as an easily accessible financial education medium. In conclusion, despite facing significant financial challenges, the sandwich generation can implement these strategies to improve their financial health.
