ANALISIS KRITIS TENTANG PENGELOLAAN RANTAI PASOKAN DALAM KONTEKS GLOBALISASI

Abstrak

This research aims to critically analyze supply chain management in the context of globalization, with a focus on how good coordination, the use of sophisticated information technology, and risk mitigation strategies can increase operational efficiency and reduce costs. The method used in this research is a literature review, which includes analysis of various academic sources, articles and case studies related to supply chain management and globalization. The research results show that good coordination between various parties in the global supply chain, supported by information technology such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and blockchain, can optimize the flow of materials and information, increase responsiveness to changes in market demand, and reduce operational costs. Additionally, effective risk mitigation strategies are needed to overcome logistical challenges and regulatory differences between countries, which are often major bottlenecks in global supply chains. This research provides comprehensive insight into best practices in supply chain management and recommendations for companies in overcoming challenges and exploiting opportunities in the era of globalization.
