DESAIN PELATIHAN BERBASIS KOMPETENSI UNTUK MENINGKATKAN PROFESIONALISME GURU SEKOLAH DASAR DI ERA DIGITAL

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat desain pelatihan berbasis kompetensi yang akan membantu guru menjadi lebih profesional di era digital. Untuk penelitian ini, model 4-D (Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate) digunakan untuk penelitian dan pengembangan (R&D). Penelitian ini melibatkan guru sekolah dasar di Kecamatan Blimbing, Kota Malang. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket, wawancara, observasi, dan meninjau dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa desain pelatihan berbasis kompetensi yang dikembangkan secara efektif meningkatkan profesionalisme guru, meliputi peningkatan kompetensi pedagogik, kepribadian, sosial, dan profesional. Desain pelatihan ini termasuk modul pelatihan, materi ajar, metode pembelajaran, dan evaluasi. Studi ini membantu sekolah membuat program pelatihan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan guru di era digital.
The purpose of this research is to create a competency-based training design that will help teachers become more professional in the digital era. For this research, the 4-D model (Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate) is used for research and development (R&D). This research involves elementary school teachers in Blimbing District, Malang City. Data were collected through questionnaires, interviews, observations, and document review. The results showed that the competency-based training design that was developed effectively improved teacher professionalism, including increased pedagogical, personality, social, and professional competence. This training design includes training modules, teaching materials, learning methods, and evaluation. This study helps schools create training programs that are in accordance with the needs of teachers in the digital era.
