ANALISIS WACANA KRITIS MODEL VAN DIJK TERHADAP BERITA ONLINE “RESPONS MENKO MUHAIMIN, DPR, DAN MENSOS TERHADAP MUNDURNYA 160 GURU SEKOLAH RAKYAT”

Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis teks berita daring berjudul “Respons Menko Muhaimin, DPR, dan Mensos terhadap Mundurnya 160 Guru Sekolah Rakyat” penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Analisis Wacana Kritis model Teun A. Van Dijk. Melalui metode dokumentasi untuk menemukan wacana dalam berita dan metode telaah isi untuk mengumpulkan data-data yang ada di dalam wacana. Penelitian ini menunjukan tiga aspek wacana kritis model Teun A. Van Dijk yaitu struktur makro, superstruktur, dan struktur mikro sebagai berikut 1. Pada setruktur makro surat kabar Berita Tempo, menggambarkan tema tentang pengunduran massal guru sekolah rakyat akibat penempatan kerja yang jauh, disertai subtopik yang merujuk tentang respons pemerintah terkait ketersediaan guru pengganti. 2. Pada superstruktur, terlihat pada bagian summary dan story. Pada bagian summary, judul dan lead langsung menyoroti inti peristiwa, yaitu mundurnya 160 guru dan respons pemerintah. Pada bagian story, menjelaskan bagaimana informasi disusun mulai dari penyebab pengunduran diri, konteks waktu, langkah antisipatif pemerintah, hingga komentar dari Mensos, DPR, dan Menko PM. 3. Pada struktur mikro, makna yang dibangun melalui pemilihan latar, detail, maksud, dan praanggapan yang menjelaskan bahwa masalah pengunduran diri guru dapat ditangani pemerintah. Sedangkan pada aspek sintaksis, penggunaan koherensi, kalimat aktif, dan kata ganti menunjukan pejabat pemerintah sebagai pusat narasi. Sementara pada aspek retorika, judul dan foto mensos memperkuat pernyatan bahwa situasi berada dalam kendali. Temuan ini menunjukan bagaimana media lebih banyak menyoroti upaya pemerintah menjaga stabilitas, sehingga perhatian pembaca bergeser dari akar masalah yang sebenarnya.

This study aims to analyze an online news article titled “Responses of Coordinating Minister Muhaimin, the House of Representatives, and the Minister of Social Affairs to the Resignation of 160 Public School Teachers.” This study uses Teun A. Van Dijk's Critical Discourse Analysis approach. It uses the documentation method to find discourse in the news and the content analysis method to collect data within the discourse. This study shows three aspects of Teun A. Van Dijk's critical discourse model, namely macro structure, superstructure, and micro structure, as follows 1. In the macro structure of the Tempo newspaper, it describes the theme of the mass resignation of public school teachers due to distant work placements, accompanied by subtopics referring to the government's response regarding the availability of replacement teachers. 2. In the superstructure, this can be seen in the summary and story sections. In the summary section, the headline and lead immediately highlight the core of the event, namely the resignation of 160 teachers and the government's response. The story section explains how the information is organized, starting from the cause of the resignations, the time context, the government's anticipatory measures, to comments from the Minister of Social Affairs, the House of Representatives, and the Coordinating Minister for Political, Legal and Security Affairs. 3. In the micro structure, the meaning is constructed through the selection of background, details, intent, and assumptions that explain that the issue of teacher resignations can be handled by the government. Meanwhile, in terms of syntax, the use of coherence, active sentences, and pronouns shows government officials as the center of the narrative. Meanwhile, in terms of rhetoric, the headline and photo of the Minister of Social Affairs reinforce the statement that the situation is under control. These findings show how the media focuses more on the government's efforts to maintain stability, thereby shifting readers' attention away from the root of the problem.
