KONSEP ETIKA BISNIS DAN HUBUNGANNYA DENGAN GOOD CORPORATE GOVERNANCE (GCG)

Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan menjelaskan konsep dasar etika bisnis dan Good Corporate Governance (GCG), menganalisis hubungan keterikatan antara etika bisnis dan Good Corporate Governance (GCG), serta memberikan saran dan rekomendasi praktis berdasarkan praktik nyata di lapangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penilitian kualitatif melalui studi kasus. Penelitian ini dianalisis dengan membandingkan isi dokumen serta hitungan sederhana dengan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai Good Corporate Governance (GCG) meningkat setelah ditingkatkan kode etik dan sistem pelaporan internal.

This research aims to explain the basic concepts of business ethics and Good Corporate Governance (GCG), analyze the relationship between business ethics and Good Corporate Governance (GCG), and provide practical suggestions and recommendations based on real practice in the field. This research uses qualitative research methods through case studies. This research was analyzed by comparing the contents of documents and simple calculations using SPSS. The research results show that the value of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) increases after improving the code of ethics and internal reporting system.
