Abstrak

PT. PKW is a construction manufacturing company that produces public street lighting poles (PJU) which obtains and carries out small to large scale projects from customers. PT. PKW has experienced several failures in the BUMN Karya project auction, therefore PT. PKW needs to have strategies and policies related to e-procurement. The aim is to obtain and win the BUMN Karya project and maintain its existence in the business world. This research uses qualitative data with a descriptive analysis method by analyzing the requirements determined through e-procurement while making a prediction of demand for requirements in the future period. The results of this research show that the requirements e-procurement There are differences between BUMN Karya, therefore companies must be able to predict what will be required by each BUMN Karya. The company (PT. PKW) is required to comply with customer policies as the publisher e-procurement, and mustreview on development e-procurement from time to time.
