PENGARUH WORK MOTIVATION, PSYCOLOGICAL WELLBEING DAN WORKLOAD TERHADAP EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE PADA KURIR JNE EXPRESS DI CABANG COLOMADU

Salah satu perusahaan yang karyawannya mengalami masalah kinerja karyawan adalah kurir JNE Express di cabang Colomadu. Perusahaan ini bergerak dibidang ekspedisi pengiriman paket. Karyawan mengalami tuntutan pekerjaan yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh work motivation, psycological wellbeing dan workload terhadap employee performance pada kurir jne express di cabang Colomadu. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis data kuantitatif. Sumber data menggunakan data primer. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan kurir JNE Express cabang Colomadu yang berjumlah 47 karyawan. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan teknik purposive sampling, karena tidak semua sampel memiliki kriteria sesuai dengan penelitian ini. Purposive sampling adalah teknik penentuan sampel dengan pertimbangan tertentu, sehingga sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 47 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, studi pustaka dan observasi. Analisis data menggunakan uji instrument, uji asumsi klasik, analisis deskriptif, uji instrumen, uji regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji F dan uji koefisien determinasi. Hasil uji instrumen menunjukkan hasil semua item kuesioner dari semua variable valid dan realibel. Hasil uji asumsi klasik menunjukkan tidak terjadi multikolinearitas, tidak terjadi autokorelasi, tidak terjadi heteroskedastisitas dan berdistribusi normal. Hasil analisis regresi linear berganda menunjukkan persamaan Y = 4,527 + 0,233 X1 + 0,813 X2 + 0,099 X3 + e. Hasil uji t menunjukkan work motivation,berpengaruh signifikan terhadap employee performance pada kurir jne express di karanganyar terbukti kebenarannya, psycological wellbeing berpengaruh signifikan terhadap employee performance pada kurir jne express di cabang Colomadu terbukti kebenarannya dan workload tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap employee performance pada kurir jne express di cabang Colomadu. Hasil uji F dalam penelitian ini memiliki nilai F hitung 24,282 dengan nilai signifikasi (p.value) sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima yang artinya model yang digunakan tepat untuk memprediksi pengaruh variabel bebas (work motivation, psycological wellbeing dan workload terhadap employee performance) terhadap variabel terikat (employee performance). Hasil uji R2 bahwa koefisien determinasi (adjusted R2) untuk model ini adalah sebesar 0,603, artinya besarnya sumbangan pengaruh independen X1 (work motivation), X2 (psycological wellbeing) dan X3 (workload) terhadap Y (employee performance) sebesar 60,3 %. Sisanya (100% - 60,3 %)= 39,7 % diterangkan oleh variabel lain diluar model.
One company experiencing employee performance issues is JNE Express couriers in Colomadu Branch. This company operates in the package delivery sector. Employees experience work demands that affect their performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work motivation, psychological well-being, and workload on employee performance at JNE Express couriers in Colomadu Branch. This study used quantitative data. The data source was primary data. The population in this study was 47 JNE Express courier employees in Colomadu Branch. The sampling technique used purposive sampling because not all samples met the criteria for this study. Purposive sampling is a sampling technique based on specific considerations, resulting in a sample of 47 respondents. Data collection techniques used questionnaires, literature studies, and observation. Data analysis used instrument tests, classical assumption tests, descriptive analysis, instrument tests, multiple linear regression tests, t tests, F tests and coefficient of determination tests. The results of the instrument test show that the results of all questionnaire items from all variables are valid and reliable. The results of the classical assumption test show that there is no multicollinearity, no autocorrelation, no heteroscedasticity and normal distribution. The results of the multiple linear regression analysis show the equation Y = 4.527 + 0.233 X1 + 0.813 X2 + 0.099 X3 + e. The results of the t test show that work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance in JNE Express couriers in Colomadu Branch, which is proven to be true, psychological wellbeing has a significant effect on employee performance in JNE Express couriers in Colomadu Branch, which is proven to be true, and workload does not have a significant effect on employee performance in JNE Express couriers in Colomadu Branch, which is proven to be true. The results of the F test in this study have a calculated F value of 24.282 with a significance value (p.value) of 0.000 <0.05, so Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means the model used is appropriate to predict the influence of independent variables (work motivation, psychological wellbeing and workload on employee performance) on the dependent variable (employee performance). The results of the R2 test show that the coefficient of determination (adjusted R2) for this model is 0.603, meaning that the contribution of independent influences X1 (work motivation), X2 (psychological wellbeing) and X3 (workload) to Y (employee performance) is 60.3%. The remainder (100% - 60.3%) = 39.7% is explained by other variables outside model.
