Abstrak

Tindak pembunuhan merupakan tindakan kriminal yang dianggap paling meresahkan bagi masyarakat. Kejadian pembunuhan dilatarbelakangi oleh berbagai sebab dan dipengaruhi berbagai faktor sehingga seseorang dapat melakukan tindakan pembunuhan, seperti kasus pembunuhan yang terjadi ibu dan anak di Subang pada 2023. Pembunuhan dilakukan Yosep Hidayah, suami Tuti sekaligus ayah kandung Amel dikarenakan masalah harta warisan dan perselingkuhan. Kasus yang belum terungkap selama beberapa bulan ini termasuk kedalam teori tipologi kejahatan dan teori NKKPn (Niat, Kesempatan, Kejahatan, Pelaksanaan Niat). Artikel ini akan membahas perihal latar belakang kasus, motif pembunuhan yang dilakukan, pasal yang dikenakan dalam tindak pidana tersebut, kronologi kasus, serta sanksi atau bukti fisik dalam mengidentifikasi pelaku.
