ANALISIS PERCEPATAN PADA PROYEK PEMBANGUNAN KANTOR PRAMUKA KOTA AMBON MENGGUNAKAN METODE CPM DAN CRASHING

Abstrak

Dalam manajemen pelaksanaan proyek ada beberapa aspek seperti rencana pelaksanaaan, jadwal pelaksanaan, dan lain-lain. Timbulnya permasalahan pada aspek manajemen pelaksanaan menyebabkan dampak negatif pada pelaksanaan proyek. Dampak umum yang sering terjadi adalah keterlambatan. Untuk menangani masalah keterlambatan yang terjadi nantinya perlu dilakukan percepatan penyelesaian proyek, alternatif yang digunankan untuk mendukung percepatan kegiatan adalah menambah jam kerja sehingga berdampak pada total biaya proyek. Proyek Pembangunan Kantor Pramuka Kota Ambon dipilih untuk studi penelitian karena mengalami keterlambatan. Metode CPM (critical path method) digunakan untuk menganalisa waktu pelaksanaan proyek agar memperoleh pekerjaan kritis yang tidak memiliki kelonggaran hari agar dipercepat. Waktu optimal dan biaya diperoleh dari Crash Program menggunakan metode Crashing dengan melakukan penambahan jam kerja pada masing-masing pekerjaan kritis yang dipercepat. Dari percepatan tersebut diperoleh nilai cost slope. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukan total anggaran biaya proyek normal Rp 5.684.019.000 dengan durasi pelaksanaan 150 hari, pada kondisi setelah melakukan crashing dengan alternatif penambahan jam kerja selama dua jam diperoleh biaya sebesar Rp 5.898.281.765 lebih besar dari total anggaran biaya proyek dalam kondisi normal dan pengurangan durasi menjadi 102 hari atau lebih cepat dari durasi normal. total nilai cost slope yang di peroleh sebesar Rp 305.207.069.

To deal with the problem of delays that occur later, it is necessary to accelerate the completion of the project, an alternative used to support the acceleration of activities is to increase working hours so that it has an impact on the total project cost. The Ambon City Scout Office Construction Project was chosen for the research study because it experienced delays. The CPM (critical path method) method is used to analyze the time of project implementation in order to obtain critical work that does not have a day to be accelerated. Optimal time and cost are obtained from the Crash Program using the Crashing method by adding working hours to each accelerated critical work. From the acceleration The cost slope value was obtained. The results of the study show that the total normal project cost budget is Rp 5,684,019,000 with an implementation duration of 150 days, in the condition after crashing with the alternative of adding working hours for two hours, a cost of Rp 5,898,281,765 is obtained greater than the total project cost budget under normal conditions and the reduction of the duration to 102 days or faster than the normal duration. the total cost slope obtained is Rp 305,207,069
