TRANSFORMASI DIGITAL MABES POLRI POLISI SUPER APP (PRESISI) : PENGEMBANGAN APLIKASI PRESISI UNTUK MENINGKATKAN EFISIENSI PELAYANAN PEMBUATAN SKCK BERBASIS TEKNOLOGI (LOKUS POLRES CIANJUR)

Abstrak

Teknologi semakin hari semakin pesat tidak hanya di perusahaan swasta namun instansi pemerintah pun tidak kalah dengan kemajuan teknologi sehingga setiap orang dituntut untuk melek teknologi, karna ini buka era generasi orde baru lagi melainkan generasi sudah melanjut kepada generasi robotic atau gen alpha, dimana segala sesuatu nya akan sulit apabila kita lakukan serba manual. Maka dari itu Mabes POLRI memiliki aplikasi terobosan baru yang mana untuk memudahkan dalam pemberian pelayanan kepada masyarakan guna untuk mencapai tujuan atau sasaran secara efektif dan seefisien mungkin, aplikasi tersebut yakni dapat kita akses di app store / google play yang bernama “POLISI Super App”. PRESISI Polri menyediakan fitur-fitur layanan publik online agar memudahkan masyarakat yang membutuhkannya. Pada umumnya apabila kita membuat salah satu syarat untuk bekerja contohnya SKCK, kita bisa akses di aplikasi tersebut sehingga akan mempermudah dan tidak perlu lagi berbondong-bondong lama menunggu di tempat pembuatan SKCK di kantor Polisi.
