EFEKTIVITAS METODE PEMBELAJARAN KELOMPOK DALAM MEMBANGUN SIKAP PROAKTIF SISWA PADA MATA PELAJARAN PAIBP KELAS VIII DI SMPN 1 SAGALAHERANG

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas metode pembelajaran kelompok dalam membangun sikap proaktif siswa pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam dan Budi Pekerti (PAIBP) kelas VIII di SMPN 1 Sagalaherang. Latar belakang penelitian didasarkan pada rendahnya partisipasi, kolaborasi, dan pemberian umpan balik siswa dalam pembelajaran PAIBP yang jarang menggunakan metode pembelajaran kelompok. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan desain quasi experiment tipe pretest-posttest only control group design, melibatkan 38 siswa kelas eksperimen dan 38 siswa kontrol. Instrumen penelitian berupa angket sikap proaktif yang mencakup indikator partisipasi, kolaborasi, dan feedback, serta observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa skor rata-rata sikap proaktif siswa kelas eksperimen meningkat dari 56,74 pada pretest menjadi 58,74 pada posttest, sedangkan kelas kontrol hanya meningkat dari 54,11 menjadi 55,66. Uji paired sample t-test pada kelas eksperimen memperoleh t hitung 3,3098 > t tabel 2,026, yang berarti terdapat perbedaan signifikan antara pretest dan posttest. Uji independent sample t-test menunjukkan perbedaan signifikan antara posttest kelas eksperimen dan kontrol dengan t hitung = 8,147 > 1,993 t tabel. Hasil uji regresi linear sederhana menunjukkan nilai F hitung 3,887 > F tabel 2,028 yang berarti terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan metode pembelajaran kelompok terhadap sikap proaktif siswa. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, disimpulkan bahwa metode pembelajaran kelompok efektif dalam meningkatkan sikap proaktif siswa, dengan peningkatan yang merata pada indikator partisipasi, kolaborasi, dan feedback.
This study aims to determine the effectiveness of group learning methods in building students' proactive attitudes in the subject of Islamic Religious Education and Ethics (PAIBP) grade VIII at SMPN 1 Sagalaherang. The research background is based on low participation, collaboration, and student feedback in PAIBP learning that rarely uses group learning methods. The research method used was quantitative with a quasi-experiment design of the pretest-posttest only control group design, involving 38 experimental class students and 38 control students. The research instrument is in the form of a proactive attitude questionnaire that includes indicators of participation, collaboration, and feedback, as well as observation and documentation. The results of the data analysis showed that the average score of the proactive attitude of the students of the experimental class increased from 56.74 in the pretest to 58.74 in the posttest, while the control class only increased from 54.11 to 55.66. The paired sample t-test in the experimental class obtained a t count of 3.3098 > a table of 2.026, which means that there is a significant difference between the pretest and the posttest. The independent sample t-test showed a significant difference between the experimental and control class posttest with t count = 8.147 > 1.993 t table. The results of the simple linear regression test showed that the F value was calculated as 3.887 > F table 2.028 which means that there was a positive and significant influence of the group learning method on students' proactive attitudes. Based on these results, it was concluded that the group learning method was effective in increasing students' proactive attitudes, with an even increase in the indicators of participation, collaboration, and feedback.
