ANALISIS LINGKUNGAN BISNIS EKSTERNAL DAN DAMPAKNYA TERHADAP KEBERHASILAN PERUSAHAAN

Abstrak

Penelitian ini mengkaji analisis lingkungan bisnis eksternal dan dampaknya terhadap keberhasilan perusahaan. Melalui pendekatan studi literatur, faktor-faktor politik, ekonomi, sosial, teknologi, lingkungan, dan hukum (PESTEL) dianalisis dalam konteks pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja perusahaan di berbagai industri. Penelitian ini juga mengeksplorasi ancaman dan peluang yang dihadapi perusahaan dalam menghadapi dinamika lingkungan bisnis yang terus berubah. Metode penelitian ini mencakup pengumpulan data dari berbagai sumber literatur, analisis mendalam, dan sintesis temuan untuk menyusun gambaran komprehensif. Temuan dari penelitian ini menyoroti pentingnya pemahaman mendalam tentang lingkungan bisnis eksternal dalam pengambilan keputusan strategis perusahaan dan mengidentifikasi celah penelitian yang mungkin untuk eksplorasi lebih lanjut. 

This research examines the analysis of the external business environment and its impact on company success. Through a literature review approach, the political, economic, social, technological, environmental, and legal (PESTEL) factors are analyzed in the context of their influence on company performance in various industries. The research also explores the threats and opportunities faced by companies in dealing with the dynamics of the ever-changing business environment. This research method involves data collection from various literature sources, in-depth analysis, and synthesis of findings to compile a comprehensive overview. The findings of this research highlight the importance of a deep understanding of the external business environment in strategic decision-making for companies and identify potential research gaps for further exploration.
