Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kondisi fisik atlet taekwondo Kota Palu berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri Pemuda dan Olahraga (Permenpora) Nomor 15 Tahun 2024 sekaligus menguji validitas dan reliabilitas instrumen tes fisik yang digunakan. Subjek penelitian adalah 10 atlet taekwondo aktif Kota Palu (6 putra, 4 putri) dengan rentang usia 14–24 tahun. Tes fisik meliputi: Sit & Reach, Push Up (1 menit), Sit Up (2 menit), Core Stability, Vertical Jump, Shuttle Run 4x5 m, Sprint 20 m, Beep Test (VO2Max), dan 3-Hop Jump Distance. Analisis statistik deskriptif meliputi nilai rata-rata, standar deviasi, nilai minimum, dan nilai maksimum setiap komponen. Uji validitas menggunakan korelasi Pearson Product Moment, dan uji reliabilitas menggunakan metode Alpha Cronbach. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan skor rata-rata kondisi fisik atlet sebesar 59,9 (skala 0–100). Sebanyak 4 atlet (40%) memenuhi syarat minimal, sedangkan 6 atlet (60%) berada pada kategori evaluasi/degradasi. VO2Max rata-rata sebesar 35,55 ml/kg/min, masih di bawah standar emas Permenpora 2024 (≥55,0 untuk putra dan ≥45,0 untuk putri). Uji validitas menunjukkan seluruh item tes fisik valid (r hitung > r tabel = 0,632 pada α 0,05), dan uji reliabilitas menunjukkan instrumen sangat reliabel (α = 0,847). Temuan ini menegaskan perlunya program peningkatan kondisi fisik yang terstruktur, khususnya pada komponen daya tahan aerobik, kekuatan otot tungkai, dan kelincahan.

This study aims to analyze the physical fitness of Palu City taekwondo athletes based on Minister of Youth and Sports Regulation (Permenpora) No. 15 of 2024, as well as to examine the validity and reliability of the physical test instruments employed. The research subjects were 10 active taekwondo athletes from Palu City (6 males, 4 females) aged 14–24 years. Physical tests included: Sit & Reach, Push Up (1 minute), Sit Up (2 minutes), Core Stability, Vertical Jump, Shuttle Run 4x5 m, 20 m Sprint, Beep Test (VO2Max), and 3-Hop Jump Distance. Descriptive statistics including mean, standard deviation, minimum, and maximum were calculated for each component. Validity was assessed using Pearson Product Moment Correlation, and reliability was evaluated using Cronbach's Alpha. Results showed an average physical fitness score of 59.9 (scale 0–100). Four athletes (40%) met the minimum standard, while 6 athletes (60%) were in the evaluation/degradation category. The mean VO2Max was 35.55 ml/kg/min, still below the gold standard of Permenpora 2024 (≥55.0 for males, ≥45.0 for females). Validity testing demonstrated that all physical test items were valid (r-count > r-table = 0.632 at α 0.05), and reliability testing confirmed the instrument was highly reliable (α = 0.847). These findings underscore the need for structured physical conditioning programs, particularly in aerobic endurance, leg muscle strength, and agility.
