ANALISIS PENGARUH FAKTOR-FAKTOR TERHADAP KINERJA KEUANGAN PERUSAHAAN: STUDI KASUS PADA INDUSTRI MANUFAKTUR DI INDONESIA

Abstrak

Analisis pengaruh faktor-faktor terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan adalah suatu penelitian yang penting untuk memahami bagaimana berbagai faktor mempengaruhi kinerja keuangan perusahaan. Dalam penelitian ini, kami akan menganalisis pengaruh rasio keuangan, struktur kepemilikan, dan komite audit terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2019-2021. 

The analysis of the factors affecting the financial performance of a company is an important research that aims to understand how various factors influence the financial performance of a company. In this study, we will analyze the impact of financial ratios, ownership structure, and audit committees on the financial performance of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the period 2019-2021.
