ANALISIS DINAMIKA TERHADAP IMPLEMENTASI PADA HUKUM ADMINISTRASI DI SUATU NEGARA

Abstrak

Dalam konteks modernisasi administrasi negara, penekanan pada good governance menjadi krusial untuk memastikan efektivitas dan akuntabilitas pemerintahan. Namun, implementasi hukum administrasi negara dalam mencapai good governance seringkali menghadapi berbagai tantangan kompleks.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dinamika implementasi hukum administrasi negara dalam konteks good governance, dengan fokus pada praktik dan tantangan yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaannya.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi praktik implementasi hukum administrasi negara yang berkontribusi terhadap good governance, serta untuk mengidentifikasi tantangan utama yang mempengaruhi pelaksanaan hukum administrasi negara tersebut.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dinamika implementasi hukum administrasi negara sangat dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal dan eksternal, termasuk regulasi yang kompleks, ketersediaan sumber daya yang memadai, serta budaya organisasi yang mendukung good governance.Berdasarkan hasil analisis, terlihat bahwa upaya mewujudkan good governance melalui implementasi hukum administrasi negara membutuhkan pendekatan yang holistik dan berkelanjutan, dengan memperhatikan berbagai praktik terbaik dan mengatasi tantangan yang ada. 

In the context of state administrative modernization, emphasis on good governance is crucial to ensure the effectiveness and accountability of governance. However, the implementation of state administrative law in achieving good governance often faces various complex challenges.This research aims to analyze the dynamics of state administrative law implementation in the context of good governance, focusing on the practices and challenges encountered in its implementation.This study aims to explore the practices of implementing state administrative law that contribute to good governance and to identify the main challenges affecting the implementation of this state administrative law.The research results indicate that the dynamics of state administrative law implementation are greatly influenced by internal and external factors, including complex regulations, the availability of adequate resources, and organizational culture that supports good governance.Based on the analysis results, it is evident that efforts to achieve good governance through the implementation of state administrative law require a holistic and sustainable approach, taking into account various best practices and overcoming existing challenges.
