Technological developments have facilitated access to food through online ordering services, but have also contributed to unhealthy lifestyles that affect students' body mass index (BMI). An initial survey of students at the Faculty of Public Health, Halu Oleo University, showed the highest proportion of abnormal BMI compared to other faculties, accompanied by high use of online food ordering services, screen time duration, and academic pressure that can potentially trigger stress. This study aims to determine the relationship between online food ordering, screen time, and stress levels with BMI in students at the Faculty of Public Health, Halu Oleo University in 2026. The study design was observational analytic with a cross-sectional approach. A sample of 291 students was selected using a random sampling technique using proportionate stratified random sampling. Data were analyzed univariately and bivariately using the Chi-Square test with a significance level of 0.05. The results showed that of the 291 respondents, the majority had a normal BMI category (62.5%), most had low online food ordering intensity (53.6%), most respondents were in the moderate screen time category (50.2%), and the majority experienced moderate stress (73.2%). The results of the Chi-Square test for online food ordering obtained a p-value of 0.041, while screen time obtained a p-value of 0.198 and a p-value for stress levels of 0.028. It can be concluded that there is a relationship between online food ordering and BMI, while screen time has no significant relationship with BMI, and there is a relationship between stress levels and BMI of students at the Faculty of Public Health, Halu Oleo University.
