RANCANG BANGUN SISTEM PANEL ADMIN MARKETPLACE INKLUSIF UNTUK MENDUKUNG PRODUK PENYANDANG DISABILITAS

Abstrak

Transformasi digital telah memberikan banyak kesempatan bagi penyandang disabilitas untuk terlibat secara aktif di dunia ekonomi, terutama melalui usaha mikro, kecil, dan menegah (UMKM). Namun, kendala aksesibilitas teknologi tetap menjadi tantangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat sistem panel admin marketplace yang inklusif, sehingga produk dari penyandang disabilitas bisa dikelola dengan lebih mudah dan efisien. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah Agile Scrum, dengan tahapan seperti perencanaan backlog, sprint, dan pengujian sistem. Hasil penelitian ini adalah sistem panel admin berbasis web yang dilengkapi fitur seperti manajemen vendor, produk, kupon, laporan, serta konten promosi .Sistem ini diuji melalui metode black box dan user acceptance testing (UAT), dengan tingkat keberhasilan mencapai 94,7%. Selain meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan marketplace, sistem ini juga mendukung inklusi digital dan ekonomi bagi komunitas penyandang disabilitas. Dengan arsitektur REST API yang sudah standar, sistem ini terintergrasi dengan berbagai platform dan memberikan pengalaman pengguna yang lebih ramah bagi semua kalangan.

Digital transformation has provided many opportunities for people with disabilities to be actively involved in the economic world, especially through micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). However, technological accessibility obstacles remain a challenge. This research aims to create an inclusive marketplace admin panel system, so that products from people with disabilities can be managed more easily and efficiently. The methodology used is Agile Scrum, with stages such as backlog planning, sprints, and system testing. The result of this research is a web-based admin panel system which is equipped with features such as vendor management, products, coupons, reports and promotional content. This system was tested using the black box method and user acceptance testing (UAT), with a success rate of 94.7%. Apart from increasing the efficiency of marketplace management, this system also supports digital and economic inclusion for the disabled community. With a standard REST API architecture, this system can be integrated with various platforms and provide a friendlier user experience for all groups.
