SISTEM INFORMASI MONITORING DAN KLASIFIKASI JENIS-JENIS BANTUAN SOSIAL DI DESA PAYOLA UMBU

Abstrak

Dengan semakin pesatnya kemajuan teknologi, berbagai cara dapat dilakukan dalam mengakses informasi melalui berbagai media teknologi yang ada saat ini, terutama android dan web. Website Sistem Informasi Monitoring dan klasifikasi jenis bantuan sosial adalah aplikasi yang memanfaatkan teknologi web dan dapat juga diakases menggunakan smart phone. Dengan adanya sistem atau website ini, diharapkan dapat memberi kemudahan dalam hal monitoring bantuan sosial agar dapat diterima oleh masyarakat yang benar-benar membutuhkan, serta memudahkan pihak terkait di Desa Payola Umbu dalam memastikan bantuan tersebut telah sampai kepada penerima. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengembangkan sistem informasi monitoring dan klasifikasi jenis bantuan sosial. memastikan bahwa bantuan tersebut tepat sasaran, efektif, dan efisien. Pemantuan ini dilakukan untuk menjamin bahwa bantuan sosial yang disalurkan oleh pemerintah sampai kepada warga yang benar-benar membutuhkan dan sesuai dengan tujuan program bantuan sosial. Metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan metode Waterfall, wawancara, dokumentasi dan observasi digunakan sebagai teknik pengumpulan data. Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat menghasilkan sebuah sistem dengan 4 aktor yaitu kepala desa, sekretaris desa, bendahara desa dan masyarakat.

This monitoring is conducted to guarantee that the social assistance distributed by the government reaches the residents who truly need it and aligns with the objectives of the social assistance program. The system development method uses the Waterfall method, while interviews, documentation, and observation are employed as data collection techniques. The research is expected to result in a system with 4 actors: the village head, the village secretary, the village treasurer, and the community.
